The Medieval Palace at the Tower of London includes the remaining buildings of the royal lodgings created for medieval monarchs; St Thomas’s Tower, the Wakefield Tower, and the Lanthorn Tower.
This May, the Medieval Palace at the Tower of London will unveil an exciting new permanent display that brings to life the rich history of kings, queens, and their royal households who once called the Tower home.
What to Expect
Through engaging storytelling, hands-on interactives, and multisensory displays, visitors will be transported back to the 13th century. The re-imagined royal apartments will provide an immersive experience, revealing what daily life was like for the monarchs and the people who served them within the Tower’s ancient walls.
