The hotel’s owners are keen antique collectors and the evidence of that can be seen everywhere. The lounge, both function suites and most of the bedrooms are decorated with objects d’art, period furniture, exquisite paintings and fine tapestries. All of the 59 bedrooms are en-suite and combine the essential home comforts with the modern facilities of a fine hotel. Each bedroom has been individually decorated and many are furnished with authentic Victorian period pieces such as antique sofas, ornamental desks and wardrobes. Others have a slightly more modern feel, however the original style has been retained wherever possible. Not two of the rooms are exactly the same.
