The museum is composed of three separate parts that tell the story of the origin and the evolution of chocolate by means of a unique collection of a thousand objects..
Beyond the historical aspect, the museum also recounts in detail the methods of making chocolate, the ingredients that are used and how making chocolate has evolved over the centuries.
Chocolate Making Workshop + General Admission
CHOCO-STORY PARIS WORKSHOP
Duration: 45 mins
During this workshop, you will learn the techniques of dipping with marshmallows, orangettes and praline cubes.
Then, you will make and decorate your mini chocolate bars. You will leave with your creations, as well as with the mold that was used to make your creations.
INCLUSIONS:
– 45 minutes with the chocolatier
– using the dipping technique
– make your own decorated chocolate bars
– you get back home with all the chocolates you made (250 to 300g)
