In Windsor, the simple elegance of the Willow Room reflects the regal connections to this stretch of the river. And the River Room, specifically used for private events in London, has the longest open deck on the River Thames. Lunch cruises board from Embankment Pier at 12.00 hrs, departing at 12.30 hrs, and returning at 14.00 hrs.

Policies

CHILD POLICY: Lunch Cruise Child price is applicable to children between 4-12 years of age. Children under 4 years old are not permitted on board, neither are prams, pushchairs or child seats.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• (1-9 pax) Cancellations or number reductions less than 2 days prior to the day of cruise and no-shows will be charged at full (100%) rate.
• (10-20 pax) A minimum of 8-days notice is required for cancellations or number reductions, to avoid charges. A notice between 7-2 days prior to the Event date will result to 25% charges, while any cancellations or number reductions less than 2 days before cruise date and no-shows will be charged at full (100%) rate.
• (21-60 pax) A minimum of 15-days notice is required for cancellations or number reductions to avoid charges. For a shorter notice between 14-8 days prior to the Event date a 30% charge will apply, while any cancellations or number reductions with less than 7-day notice and no-shows will be charged at full (100%) rate.
• (60 pax or more + Private Charters) No cancellation charges is a booking is cancelled / numbers reduced (unless minimum numbers apply) more than 30 days before the date of cruise. A 50% charge will apply for any cancellations / reduction in numbers received between 30-15 days prior to the cruise, and a 100% charge will apply to any cancellation / reduction in numbers less than 15 days prior to the cruise date.
