All visits must be PRE-BOOKED with a date and time slot (FIT & Groups).
Groups should arrive at their booked time and allow 30 minutes of queuing time. Tours of Shrek’s Adventure are limited to 40 persons at a time. If your group contains more than 40 pax they will be split across 2 or more tours accordingly.
The time shown on your ticket is the time to arrive at the venue and join the line. It is not possible to join line before your booked timeslot. Guests arriving too early will be asked to return at their booked time.
The “Magic Bus” ride has a height restriction of 0.9M
