About this Transfer

Ophorus are specialist small group and private tour operator providing a wide range of tours in mainly regional areas of France.

Minivan (max 7 pax)

Ophorus will wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time of the client. After a wait of 30 minutes, Ophorus will attempt to transfer the late arrival client but undertakes no responsibility if this is not possible.

Departure procedure:
Pick up times are within a 20-minute window. The client must be ready for pick up 10 minutes before scheduled time and the pick-up should not be considered as running late until 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time has elapsed.
If the client does not adhere to the pick-up time, Ophorus will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes before departing from the client’s address. After this time, Ophorus is no longer responsible for the transfer of the client and reserves the right not to refund the client.
Ophorus is not responsible for any client that misses a flight/train/meeting/rendezvous/connection if any of the relevant terms and conditions apply or have not been met by the client.

Luggage policy:
From 1 to 5 people, each client may take one medium / regular sized piece of “hold “ luggage & one item of hand luggage free of charge.
From 6 to 7 people, each client may take one medium / regular sized piece of “hold “ luggage but no hand luggage will be accepted.
In the case of the clients will have more or bigger luggage, they will have to pay the price of two transfers.
Ophorus reserves the right to demand a supplement payment for any additional items.
In the event there is insufficient space to take any additional items, Ophorus reserves the right to refuse the client from travelling.
An extra charge for additional items may be obtained from Ophorus.

SUPPLEMENTS:
A supplement of 20% will be apply on Night (19:00hrs – 7:00hrs) and Bank Holidays – for all transfers.

Finally, please note that rates quoted do not include any TIPS for drivers and guides.
