The Haggis Experience at midday begins with a welcoming cup of tea or coffee, served with traditional Scottish shortbread, followed by a haggis making demonstration where you will find out about the fascinating origins of haggis and the secrets that make it so delicious.
Under the guidance of experienced hosts, you will watch a haggis-making demonstration, discovering each step from preparation to cooking. Whether you have never tried haggis or already love it, this is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your appreciation for traditional Scottish cuisine.
Once the haggis is ready, you’ll sit down to enjoy a delicious two-course meal featuring handmade haggis served with traditional accompaniments.
It will be finished off with a fresh dessert, making this a truly satisfying and memorable experience.
